If only…

As humans we have such amazing potential to be anything and everything we want, but how sad, we choose violence , jealousy, abuse, just to name a few, over positive emotions like love, happiness and sharing. Do we not see that everyone has a journey and when you walk into that persons life, you should find out how they got to be that amazing that made you jealous.
I understand that some of us in this world are thinkers, meaning we look for ways to make the world better, those are the hardworking beings that go on everyday despite their circumstances. Then we get the entitled ones, the ones who feel because my ancestors went through a certain journey I am entitled to things that do not belong to me, so I will take it irrespective of who I hurt. Then there are the ones that will be selfish and push forward, don’t get me wrong, I admire ambitious people, but don’t tramp on people along your way up to the top. I admit the world would be pretty boring if we did not have so many different kinds of people, but my beef is with the suffering that one human chooses to inflict on another, just because they can and want to.
Why can’t we hold each other’s hands and work toward a common goal of peace and serenity? A world where we would look back and say, wow I left something amazing for the next generation.
I plead to all leaders to change their speeches and instead of preaching about hate , choose compassion. I plead to all families, instead of pushing a good person down, hold your hand and help them up, show them love, you will be surprised how much better and stronger a family becomes when they support and love each other. I plead to all friends to be proud of having friends in your life who sticks around when you are having your bad days, those are the days you need someone the most.
