Welcome to our world @Covid-19
Smoke and ash
That’s what you brought
Fear and panic
That’s what we brought
Are you really that bad?
Because shadows can’t exist without the light
Peace and quiet
That’s what you brought
Positivity and healing
That’s what we can bring
For what is good and bad?
Except another version of our reality
This is a difficult and painful time for the people of the world. The universe brought to earth this virus because it is what was needed for us right now. Over the last few weeks there has been such an expression of love and togetherness from people all over the world. Usually people go about their days thinking about themselves and their families but this virus has connected us. It has heightened our empathy and it has shown us that in the eyes of the universe we are all equal.
We are being asked to take some time away from all that we’ve created and look within ourselves to what has been created for us. Everything we know in this world are things someone else has told us or taught us. Now is the time we begin to question, who am I? And why do I do the things I do? Most people are afraid of being alone with their thoughts because they don’t like the person they are, or are scared of the person they are becoming. We have the ability to change at any moment.
We are used to being called the most intelligent creature on earth, but were we ever? There’s so many things we don’t know because we’ve never asked any questions.
In this time I urge you to focus on you and find unconditional love for yourself and the world. The planet’s healing has begun. Are you going to be a part of it or just continue to spend time on mind numbing things?
Remember that you are loved and worthy.
Universal prayer
#HealYourself with Purple Empaths
We are light
A fragment of something divine
Fear and anxiety may plague us
But our souls still shine bright
Positivity and support we radiate
And love we dedicate
Let’s join together
And be purified alongside our earth
Let’s not imagine, let’s become
Kindness and love
Our divine souls once more
In all religions, In all faiths we believe. We worship love.
Empathy will unite us against this pandemic.
Times are tough and whether or not they will get tougher is unpredictable. The philosophy of being in the present sparks through my mind quite often these days, this pandemic has our minds fixated on the past and the future; I wish life were the same as before? or will things get back to normal?…Am I safe?
It is perfectly normal to feel this way, most of us are novices with this type of situation.
Coming back to the present; which most of us feel is stagnant and confusing at the moment. If we could all still our minds for a while and feel what the world is feeling; we’re all scared, some of us are in pain, some are deep in sadness whilst others are lost in the panic. Some of us may have isolated our empathy to care for each other. Right now we need to help each other and those who help us.
We salute our heath care professionals and governments for trying their best to fight this virus; let us all in this present moment, do our bit to help them.

Let us also express our empathy through our prayer and trough the energy we give out, may we keep the worlds well-being in mind.
Let’s all be grateful, grateful we have a home; some don’t.
Grateful we are alive; many are losing their lives.
Take good care of yourself and even from a distance, let’s take good care of our fellow human beings.
