Have your ever felt judged? We have! Veruna and myself have gone through numerous situations where we could feel others’ negative energy on us. So how do you deal with it?

Letting go of these people from your life will literally change the way you see yourself and the direction you’re going in. Let’s face it, we live in our minds and that’s where the overthinking lives too. Over time our brain starts to convince us that the way others see us is more real, and more valid. So we try to become better in their eyes and you know what?! We never do! There will always be something that they feel we need to change – frustrating right?
People do this because it’s a reflection of the insecurities they have. It’s a sad fact, and one that doesn’t need to affect your life anymore. Don’t be angry at them, just walk away. Turn that frustration into love for yourself – there’s nothing more powerful.
Steps to Take
• Delete toxic people off social media
• Block their access to your accounts
• Don’t hang out with them
• Don’t hang out with people who talk about them
• If you live with them, try to interact less. Put on your favourite song when they’re talking and get into your zone.
• Try self care techniques
• Walks in nature and spending time with animals
• Be the version of you that you love
So many of us live our lives pleasing others and taking on their negative energy. We’re not helping them or ourselves. It’s time to step away and live your best life. Much love.
